Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket or attending the DJ concert at Boo Boo Cafe, guests agree to comply with all event terms and venue rules. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented upon entry, either digitally or physically. Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or if the guest is intoxicated, underage, or behaving inappropriately. This event may be restricted to guests aged 18 and above, and valid identification may be required. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests at all times. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior without issuing a refund. Outside food, drinks, weapons, and professional recording equipment are not permitted, and security checks may be conducted at the entrance.

The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including the DJ lineup, schedule, or timing, without prior notice. In such cases, tickets will remain valid and no refunds will be issued unless the event is fully canceled. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk, and the organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings. By attending, guests also consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a full event cancellation by the organizer. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price, excluding any service or booking fees where applicable. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and refund requests may be accepted within a limited timeframe set by the organizer. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances. In situations beyond the organizer’s control, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds may not be guaranteed. Ticket transfers may be allowed depending on the organizer’s policy, but resale should only be conducted through approved channels.
